The location offers access to upscale dining options and nearby shopping hotspots, perfect for a leisurely stroll. The breakfast spread is vibrant and well-stocked, ensuring that even latecomers find plenty of fresh selections.
Check-in procedures could use clarity. I faced delays and a lack of orientation, so knowing where to get a caffeine fix would have been handy. Hidden charges popped up unexpectedly, like service fees on supposedly included meals, which caught me off guard. The rooms had a charming presentation but felt a bit cramped for two people when bags were involved, making it cozy rather than spacious.

central London location, luxurious suites, high-quality in-room amenities
Check-ins at 3 PM should mean a ready room to avoid delays!!! The decor feels outdated, especially in the common areas, which detracts from the overall experience.

Had an amazing getaway with friends! We enjoyed staying in a Deluxe King Room and spent our days exploring Soho's vibrant dining scene and taking a Pilates class at the hotel. The location is perfect for shopping, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was bustling but had a solid selection.
Our only issue was with the TV in our room. it didn't work the first night and caused a bit of hassle, though it was fixed by the next day.
